Roel Peels – CEO/Founder

Meet Roel Peels, the CEO of Major Milestones BV which he already founded in 1999. Roel is a seasoned SAFe® expert with over 35 years of experience in the industry.

He has a passion for helping organizations become more adaptive, efficient, and innovative, and has a proven track record of delivering successful agile transformations, lean agile, and DevOps implementations at the largest SAFe® implementations in Europe.

Roel has a deep understanding of the challenges and opportunities that come with adopting agile methodologies and practices and is able to provide valuable insights and guidance to organizations of all sizes and industries.

Prior to starting Major Milestones, Roel held leadership roles at Digital Equipment, Sun Microsystems, Siemens Nixdorf. His latest regular job position was at Exodus Corporation Limited, where he led as senior VP Northern Europe large-scale digital transformations and helped organizations achieve significant improvements in productivity, quality, and customer satisfaction.

"Roel originally graduated in Mechanical Engineering and Business Economics, later completing a Master's degree in Change Management at the Erasmus University in Rotterdam, as well as various psychology courses including NLP and Group Dynamic Processes."
